C. Robin Relph
Position: Director, President/CEO
Mr. Relph is a Venture Capital investor in various international private and public companies. As a former member of various international stock exchanges and the London Liffe Market Mr. Relph brings considerable experience in public companies affaires, fund raising and deal structuring to Garuda. Mr. Relph is Managing Director of Buckingham Securities Ltd. in London and a Director of Natural Program Inc. and Hagensborg Foods Ltd. in Canada. Mr. Relph has previously been a Director of various public companies listed in Canada and the US. Mr. Relph is also Chairman of the Rigpa Foundation, a charitable trust.

Position: Independent Director
Mr. Wolf brings his entrepreneurial spirit as well as extensive manufacturing expertise to Garuda Capital. He has enjoyed a successful career as both an owner and operator of several businesses in construction and manufacturing. As a key member of Hagensborg Foods Ltd.'s Board of Directors he played a critical role in planning and executing the acquisition of Hagensborg by Garuda Capital. Mr. Wolf is currently a Director of several public companies including US Oil and Gas (TSX: USR), Tasty Fries Inc. (OTC BB: TFRY) and Shoreham Resources (TSX: SMH).
